How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us at mads@northstarxr.com and we will help you.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, the license key for that order is deactivated. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card provider.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Paddle's refund policy also applies to your purchase.
